SAFETY
MPAS prides itself on pro-active safety measures, including Safety Management Plans (SMPs) and Job Safety and Environmental Analysis (JSEAs) and a safety record envied by competitors.
PEOPLE
Leadership, management, dedication and commitment are in evidence at all levels of MPAS – from the Directors and team members to the company’s clients and our suppliers.
SYSTEMS
Development, implementation and adherence to systems, policies and procedures ensures that the performance expectations of any MPAS team member are fully documented and able to be followed and measured. Policies and Procedures Manuals – written, edited and constantly updated by our own team members – are in place for Survey Field Procedures, Administration Procedures and Human Resources. All are readily available to team members through MPAS’ own website (intranet), an example of telecommunications used to the best advantage.
